the staff were attentive and upbeat. the facilities are super clean. the pools are great. rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is lovely. i found the pools well-kept and very refreshing. the rooms offered a nice retreat after a day.
the location was not ideal for accessing both the old town and the beach. the shuttle service had limited availability.

fantastic hotel experience!

the staff were really good. lily, ame, jacky, luna, and nancy treated me like royalty! the spa staff provided the best massages. thanks to sam, tina, and phuong!
poor location of the hotel, it's like "in the middle of nowhere", because it's far from both the old town and the beach, and the shuttle bus to the beach only runs 3 times. we didn't really like the situation with the beach, because as we understood, the hotel has agreed on sunbeds in the designated area of the beach, but when we arrived at the beach, the guy looking after the sunbeds rudely indicates which sunbeds you should lie on, and also informs that hotel guests can only lie on the sunbeds in the 2nd row (although the sunbeds in the 1st row are empty), and if you want to lie on the sunbeds in the 1st row, you need to pay extra. we didn't like the hotel's policy of debiting funds from our bank card in the evening before we even arrived at the hotel, although i mentioned that we would like to pay in cash and we had already exchanged funds for that. we had booked a "beautiful room with balcony", but instead of a balcony, the room only had a 1.5 foot wide "balcony".

the breakfast had a lot of options. the staff were helpful. the rooms included a bath and two balconies I enjoyed. the sauna was a nice addition to the hotel. this was convenient for relaxation.
the location is not ideal. it is some distance from both the old town and the beach I found. the shuttle bus to the beach has limited runs, only three times daily. there were issues with beach access and sunbed arrangements.

The hotel location proved inconvenient since it was distant from both the old town and the beach. The shuttle service to the beach operated infrequently with only three trips per day. I also found the funds debited from my bank card the evening before arrival. The 'balcony' in the Beautiful Double Room Balcony was a narrow ledge of only 1.5 feet.
